Customer Details
At Libertarian we take your privacy very seriously and the information you provide when you place an order with us is treated in the strictest confidence.

Personal information collected includes customer name, address, and telephone number. An e-mail address is required to receive an e-mailed order confirmation and tracking number. Customer contact information is used only in order to facilitate delivery of products. Customers are only contacted in rare circumstances, such as to obtain an address correction. Customers only receive additional correspondence when specifically requested.

All credit card information is supplied directly to SECPay over their secure connection and at no time do we ever see or have access to this information and we only recieve confirmation of payment acceptance. This information is used only in order to facilitate payment from customers.

Cookies are used in the e-commerce system, but are only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected a product.

Security
This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control.

SECPay Merchant Services are used to enables Secure Payment Capture of Credit and Debit cards, with on-line authorisation by the card issuer. This is performed on SECPay's secure server and all messages between our web site and the secure server are encrypted to 128 bit SSL. The card details for internet transactions are secured by SECPay.

Delivery and Billing
All orders are shipped discreetly and the packaging contains no reference to the product, company or site.
