Returns & refund policy
Thanks for purchasing our products at Urine Luck.
For any item to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the item you have purchased to us within 7 calendar days of the purchase. The item must be unopened and in its original condition. We can not refund shipping costs and you will be eligible for returning the items at your own expense.
Refunds for returns of non-defective items will incur a £10.00 handling & processing fee per item.
We do not offer returns for the Quick Clear Detox Drinks as they are a food stuff and have been out with of our control once sold.

Cancellation policy
"You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day you receive your goods or the day you enter into a contract for a service. To cancel, please contact us within this timeframe by [method of contact, e.g., email, phone, online form]. You will then need to return the goods to us within 14 days of cancelling your order. We will refund you the cost of the goods, including standard delivery costs, but you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods. Certain goods, such as personalized items or those likely to deteriorate rapidly, may not be eligible for cancellation."
We deliver to the UK using the Royal Mail, all orders are tracked and require a signature.
Orders placed with next day delivery on Friday will be delivered on Saturday.
Delivery tracking is available in respect of all orders for our products.
