Due to the nature of our business and products we sell, items that expire sooner than 1 month from the date of the purchase are not eligible for a refund.
For any other items to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the item you have purchased to us within 7 calendar days of the purchase. The item must unopened and in its original condition. We can not refund shipping costs and you will be eligible for returning the items at your own expense.
If our products arrived damaged, rotten or contaminated in any way, please contact us right away and we will be happy to send a free replacement regardless of its expiration date.

We deliver to the UK, Europe and World Wide using the Royal Mail postal service, all orders are tracked and require a signature.

close of business on the next following working day.
The delivery periods set out are indicative only, and whilst
we will make every effort to ensure that you receive your delivery in good
time, we do not guarantee delivery before the end of the stated period.
Delivery charges will be calculated by our website and automatically applied to your order during the checkout process.
Delivery tracking is available in respect of all orders for our products.

All deliveries must be received in person at the delivery address, and a signature must be provided. For UK orders if delivery is attempted but unsuccessful a ‘While you were out card’ will be left detailing how re-delivery can be arranged or collection in person at your local Royal Mail Sorting Office upon production of the card left by Royal Mail (full instructions are on the card)
